Lipikar Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil is a moisturizing oil-to-foam body and face cleanser designed for dry to extra dry, sensitive skin. It provides up to 24-hour hydration starting in the shower, helping support skin comfort while gently cleansing both face and body.
The gentle yet effective formula helps remove dirt and debris without stripping the skin. By helping protect against the drying effects of water, this cleansing oil supports moisture balance and leaves skin feeling clean, comfortable, and hydrated after washing—an important consideration for skin prone to extreme dryness or eczema.
Accepted by the National Eczema Association, this cleanser meets established standards for use on sensitive, dryness-prone skin. It is suitable for babies as young as 2 weeks, including the scalp, and appropriate for use by patients undergoing chemotherapy.*
A refill size is also available.

La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water: A soothing water sourced in the town of La Roche-Posay in France and a core ingredient in most of our products. It contains a unique combination of minerals, trace elements, and a high concentration of selenium, a natural antioxidant.
Shea Butter: Sustainably sourced in Burkina Faso. Formulas with shea butter help restore the skin's hydrolipidic film and help skin feel soothed.
Niacinamide: A form of vitamin B3, niacinamide is a water soluble vitamin. It is widely used in dermatology for its soothing properties, helping restore skin's moisture barrier, and visibly fading skin discolorations.
Glycerin: Derived from vegetable sources, it's an excellent humectant. It helps hydrate skin by absorbing water from the surrounding environment.
